About our Instructors

Kristi Dunbar initially began practicing yoga in late 2016 to improve her mental health, but quickly came to realize the wide range of benefits that regular yoga practice can provide. After a few short months, physical yoga practice had made such incredible an impact on her journey & healing that Kristi decided to enroll in a certification program in order to share what she had learned in an effort to make such a difference in the lives of others.

Kristi most often enjoys a relatively challenging, moderately-paced yoga practice but believes in leading classes that are accessible to all levels and abilities through the use of modifications. She stresses that the things that are hardest for us are the things that we really need to focus on. Kristi offers encouragement to her students during class to practice without judgement of themselves or expectations of their abilities and instead learn to take things as they come.

Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or are just curious about the benefits that yoga can provide, you are invited to attend Kristi’s class, Tuesday evenings at 6pm.
