Cancellation & Refund Policy for Classes
• For cancellations made by the center (due to not having enough people in a class, an instructor becoming ill, bad weather, etc.) – students will be entitled to a full refund or they may choose to receive a credit towards another class or they may attend a make-up class if one if offered.
• For cancellations made by a student at least one week in advance – students are entitled to a full refund or they may choose to receive a credit towards another class.
• For cancellations made by a student less than one week in advance and more than 72 hours in advance – students are entitled to a refund or credit towards another class, minus a 50% cancellation fee.
• For cancellations or no-shows with less than 72 hours in advance – no refund, nor credit will be given
