Make friends, have fun, and raise your heart rate while learning the ancient and beautiful art of belly dance. This is a low-impact, body-positive class suitable for most fitness levels. No matter your dance experience, we will start with the basics and have you dancing combinations and perfecting your technique in no time. Whether your aim is to eventually perform or just express yourself, this class will give you the foundations to build on. Come shimmy with us!

Michelle began dancing at the age of three and fell in love with ballet. As a teen she was introduced to Belly Dance, East Coast Swing, and later Flamenco. Belly Dance soon became her favorite and she is a former member of Tribal Evolution and Pocket Tribal dance troupes.
