The Creative Mind: A Neuroscience-Based Artistic Workshop Program

Program Overview
A series of hands-on artistic workshops designed to enhance workplace well-being and productivity through evidence-based creative engagement. Each session offers a new perspective on emotional expression through art, making every workshop a unique experience even for returning participants.

Transform your Tuesday afternoon into a journey of creative discovery and emotional exploration.

This class will generally meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month, from 11 am to 1 pm.

The Experience
February Theme: Communication Styles

Your journey begins with a welcoming tea service, setting the tone for a workshop that balances artistic exploration with mindful reflection. Through guided watercolor exercises and gentle instruction, you’ll discover how colors can express emotions that words sometimes cannot capture. Whether you’re an experienced artist or have never picked up a brush, this workshop provides a safe space for emotional expression through color.

Join us for this unique opportunity to explore the language of color in a supportive, creative environment.

From Krystal Skinner
Art, to me, is not just pigment on canvas or clay taking shape. It’s a conduit for connection, a bridge to emotions, and a path toward understanding. It is the unspoken language that transcends boundaries and speaks to the depths of our souls.

With her work, Krystal invites us on a journey of discovery, a journey that celebrates the infinite possibilities of artistic expression.
