Casey Cantwell

Hello, I’m Casey. I’m a twenty year old artist based out of Bonham Texas. I was born and raised in Aubrey Texas but moved to Bonham when I met my now husband Josh two year ago. I’ve taken a combined total of nine years of art classes and during that time I found a deep love for all things related to digital art, watercolors, and colored pencils. Currently I’m specifically focusing on bringing my digital art to life through the use of printing. I’ve also tried my hand at photography and even gotten Photoshop certified during my senior year of High School. While I made some of my best art during my Junior and Senior years of High School, it was also a time where I was at my lowest. At the time I felt that everyone thought I could do better and was trying to tap into my full potential, and when I couldn’t reach that potential because of my undiagnosed disability I fell out of love with the craft. It took me putting it down and taking a break before I could allow myself to fall in love with art again. Now three years later I feel my skills have suffered slightly because of this but I also feel I’m a way better artist where it counts and I’m very excited to see what the future holds. Thank you.
