Join us for an Eclipse Painting Party led by Chris Cravens.

Monday, April 8 from noon -3 pm

Everyone is encouraged to arrive between noon and 1 pm.  We will start painting at 1 pm. The eclipse will start at 12:25 pm and end at 3:04 pm. Totality will last for about 3 minutes at 1:44 pm.

Freestyle painting with acrylics on 16 x 16 canvas. This means you can paint whatever you like, or you can follow along with Chris and paint one of the pictures on this page.  

All supplies and snacks will be provided, including special glasses for eclipse viewing.  

Weather permitting, we will meet outside in the garden behind the Creative Arts Center.  In case of inclement weather, we will move the party inside and only step outside during the totality of the eclipse.

Cost is $40 for members and $55 for non-members.

Advanced registration is required.  Limited number of spots are available.

The center is normally closed on Mondays.  We will be open on April 8 exclusively for this party and only for those who signed up ahead of time.

Deadline to register is Friday, April 5 at noon.
