Youth Production Code of Conduct
This production is a collaborative, creative environment where every participant plays animportant role. Beingpart of this show is both a privilege and a responsibility. This productionis an opportunity for students to grow, learn, and contribute to something meaningful as a team.
Participation in this production requires respect, punctuality, commitment, andcommunication. If a student is unable to meet the expectations outlined below, they areencouraged to audition for another show in the future when they are ready to fully commit.
Expectations
Respect
I will treat fellow cast members, directors, crew, and staff with kindness and respect at alltimes.
I will listen when others are speaking and follow directions from the directors andproduction team.
I will respect personal space, boundaries, and differences.
I will take care of costumes, props, rehearsal materials, and shared spaces.
Punctuality
I will arrive on time for all rehearsals, performances, and scheduled events.
I understand that being late affects the entire cast and crew.
I will come prepared and ready to begin at the scheduled start time.
Commitment
I understand that being part of this production is a team responsibility.
I will attend all required rehearsals and performances.
I will notify the directors as early as possible if I have a conflict or emergency.
I will practice my lines, choreography, music, or assigned material outside of rehearsaltime.
I will give my full effort and stay focused during rehearsals.
Communication
I will communicate clearly and respectfully with directors, staff, and fellow castmembers.
I will inform the production team of any conflicts, absences, or concerns as early aspossible.
I will be open to feedback and willing to learn, grow, and improve.
Positive Environment
I will encourage and support my fellow cast members.
I will contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone.
I understand that bullying, disrespectful behavior, or disruptions will not be tolerated.
Accountability
I understand that failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in dismissal from theproduction at the discretion of the directors.
I understand that these expectations are in place to support the success of the entirecast and crew.
Important Submission Requirement
This signed Code of Conduct must be brought in on the audition date. Failure to submit this signed form on the audition date may result in ineligibility to participate.
