Make your own junk journal from gently deconstructing a Golden Book.

1-4 pm
Sandy Barber will lead this class in:
- deconstructing a Golden Book
- making a new spine
- adding additional papers & keeping the original storybook pages
- journal will have 2 or 3 signatures
- sewing the signatures into the book
- covering the spine with fabric and ribbon
- IF time allows, participants can begin working/creating/filling in their new journal
Supplies:
- All supplies will be provided.
- We will have a variety of Golden books to choose from. When you register, you can request a particular book, however, we cannot promise we will have it.
- We will also have a variety of papers, stamps, stickers, etc. to use and choose from.
- You are welcome to bring your own Golden Book to use for this project.
- You are welcome to bring some of your own papers, fabric, ribbons, etc.
Cost:
- Members – $25
- Non-Members – $30
