What is Junk Journaling?
Junk journaling is a creative and personalized form of art journaling that involves using repurposed materials and found objects to create a unique, hand-crafted journal. Instead of discarding items like old papers, fabric scraps, or packaging, they are incorporated into the journal, often alongside traditional journaling supplies like stickers and washi tape. It’s a way to express creativity, preserve memories, and find beauty in the everyday.
In essence, junk journaling is a fun, accessible, and environmentally conscious way to create a personalized journal filled with cherished memories and artistic expression.
