Neurographic art (also known as doodling) is a technique, which comprises drawing freeform lines or ‘neuro lines.’ This has often been known to help reduce stress, relieve anxiety and increase self awareness.

All supplies will be provided, however, you are also welcome to bring your own. We will provide paper, paints, pens, markers and more.
Beginners and those with no artistic ability are welcome and encouraged to attend. Skilled artists are also welcome to join us and even have the option of bring their current project too!
