FAQ
Q: Who can join Kidz Krew?
A: Kids ages 8 and up, who can read, follow directions and work well with others. We strive to ensure every child who auditions will have a part in the production. While it might not be their first choice of parts, we do strive to find a way for everyone to be involved.
Q: Is there a cost to participate?
A: No direct cost to participate. There can be some indirect costs to participating. All Kidz Krew families are asked to help out with assembling the set, props and costumes. This could include borrowing items from your own home or friends or family. It could also include thrifting items or purchasing new items. Also, for each performance, each Kidz Krew family will get one free ticket. Most families end up purchasing additional tickets to the shows. We also ask families to help provide snacks and water for the actors as well as snacks and drinks for the receptions after the shows.
Q: Does my child need to have previous theatre experience?
A: No! We welcome kids with no previous experience to join the fun. Of course, previous theatre experience is a plus.
